I take 400mg magnesium threonate before bed around 10pm and I have a deeper sleep each night, I wake once around 4 or 5am and then I take another 100mg. If I can't get back to sleep relatively quickly I have about half a tablespoon of a high carb drink powder in water (it's called Naked Mass). Then rinse my mouth and back into bed and I'm asleep usually within 30 mins and am sleeping until 7am to 730am. I used to have trouble getting back to sleep after the 4 to 5am wake up but my sleep has stabilised. Very happy! Note: I do get up at the same time each morning and make sure I get sunlight in my eyes within 30 to 60 minutes, and no naps during the day. And I make sure I have a good amount of carbs with dinner, it helps my sleep. This whole protocol is working great for me. I might be able to drop down to 300mg magnesium threonate before bed instead of 400mg but I haven't tested it yet.
Since I've started taking the magnesium L-threonate, I have been much calmer and I have been sleeping much better! Service was absolutely amazing too! Thank you for a great product
