Protein Smoothie Prep for City to Surf!

The full package!  This little number has all three macros, antioxidants and fibrous leafy greens- the perfect start to a fab new day

  • 1.5 x Serve of Protein powder -increasing your serve by a half will ensure you get the minimal 30grams of pure protein required for optimal muscle synthesis.
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon ground Linseeds   -Grind seeds separately in a small coffee grinder just prior to adding into your smoothie for optimal fatty acids.
  • ½ cup mixed berries -frozen organic.
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • ¼ frozen banana
  • 400mls of almond milk- organic unsweetened

All into a blender and off you go!
