Green smoothie with chia
1 cup of milk of choice (almond/cows/soy)
1 frozen banana (in chunks)
¼ cup of frozen mango
1 cup of baby spinach (or greens of choice)
1 scoop of protein powder of choice
1 tsp of chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.
This is a perfect way to sneak extra veggies into your morning meal! Try baby spinach initially, then work up to other greens like kale!
